A bit about us

We are an award winning Private Residential Developer who design and build bespoke new homes within Listed Buildings or within the context of Heritage Assets.

The P J Livesey Group have a variety of in-house teams, including Design and Planning, to Technical, Quantity Surveyors, Construction, and Sales. This is an opportunity to work directly for a design-led development company. We are passionate about designing high quality spaces within all our new homes as well placemaking across all our schemes. The P J Livesey Group are the Designers and Builders. We have our own workshop to manufacture bespoke windows and furniture for our projects.

About the role

This would be a great role for someone looking to expand their experience with Listed Buildings, with a particular focus on the early Stages of Work. This design-focused role will bring early Concept Designs through to Planning Submission (Stages 0-3), and will offer some ongoing involvement on Stages 4-6.

Working within the Design Team, a successful candidate would have the opportunity to design new, bespoke homes and work with heritage and Listed Buildings. They would develop bid submissions and Planning submissions, will co-ordinate with key stakeholders including the wider PJ Livesey Group, Local Planning Authorities and attending public consultations.

This is a great opportunity to design spacious homes within some of the countries finest heritage assets.

Required skills

  • RIBA Part 3 Level with 2 year professional experience (minimum)
  • Strong Revit skills
  • Strong AutoCAD skills
  • Microsoft Suite – Word / Excel
  • Full Driving Licence

Desirable skills

  • Photoshop
  • InDesign
  • SketchUp
  • Experience in the residential sector
  • Experience working with Listed Buildings
