The Company
Bluesky Architects are seeking an experienced ARB registered Project Architect to join a well-established architectural practice based in Stockport, working with clients and projects across the UK.
This is a varied and exciting role which would ideally suit an Architect with experience in new-build, refurbishment and modular solutions projects with a particular focus on the health, education, residential, blue light and specialist ballistic training facility sectors. You will be involved in taking projects from initial design and feasibility through to full site project management.

Job Summary
We want our clients to have the best creative design solutions whilst ensuring we support them to keep a commercial edge on their project delivery. These are the essential skills we are looking for in our new addition to the team.
Working closely with clients and end users, you should be a good communicator and presenter as well as being organized and proactive to ensure all project requirements and milestones are fully met.

Essential requirements:
• ARB Registered Architect (minimum 5 years post qualification experience)
• Autodesk Revit proficient
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
• Experience in preparing and submitting Planning Applications
• Detailed Building Regulations drawing experience
• Specification writing
• Preparation of tender documentation

Ideal candidate:
• Experience of client and end user engagement
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A background across UK projects, specifically in Education, healthcare and bluelight.
