Race for LandAid North West 2026

Join the MSA at the LandAid North West Race

On Thursday 10 September 2026, a team of MSA colleagues will be taking part in the LandAid North West Race at MediaCityUK, and we’d love for you to join us.

Hosted by LandAid, this annual event brings together the North West property industry for an evening of running, networking and fundraising. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, looking to connect with industry peers, or simply want to take on a new challenge with colleagues and friends, there’s something for everyone, with both 5K and 10K routes available.

As LandAid celebrates its 40th anniversary, MSA is delighted to support this year’s race as it promises to be bigger than ever, with hundreds of participants coming together to support an important cause.

Every step helps raise vital funds for young people experiencing homelessness. In the UK, a young person becomes homeless every four minutes, and nearly 124,000 young people aged 16–25 experienced homelessness last year alone.

Registration Fee: £40 per person
Team Offer: 10 places for the price of 9 (£360)
Fundraising: Optional (£50 suggested fundraising target)
